The Brief Behind Royal Anugraha
When ADK Royal Developers planned the Royal Aishwaryam township, three blocks were sized for 2 BHK and compact 3 BHK families. Anugraha, the fourth, was set aside for a different buyer – one who has either outgrown a 2 BHK rental or never wanted to start with one.
The block is built on 4,530 sq.ft of land with 11,739 sq.ft of total built-up area, rising stilt plus three floors. The first two floors carry three 3 BHK apartments each. The third floor is reserved for two 4 BHK homes – the largest configuration anywhere in the project. That last detail is the whole reason Anugraha exists.
